Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs

This is the forth occasion I have had a problem with Phil Winslow BMW regarding improper torqueing of lug nuts on my carsThe first time I fixed it myself and told the service managerThe next two times I brought it in and showed themThis time I wish to file a complaint against shabby and dangerous practices
Of the two back tires, which Winslow mounted last year, one had lugs tightened to spec and one well over specThe other had lugs tightened to spec and one was loose
BMW is very specific about the specs for tightening these lugs and the condition caused on my tires can cause catastrophic wheel failureI know the procedure for tightening involves a torque stick and to cause my result some one has to remove it before over or under tightening
