I have had the opportunity to deal with a number of businesses in this field and Mainland Sleep is the tops bar none. I'm so pleased with the customer service at Mainland Sleep on West Broadway in Vancouver. I was tested there for sleep apnea in the summer of 2014, and found I have it; no wonder I was so tired all of the time. The man who works there fitted me with two types of sleep masks and lent me a CPAP machine for a week or so to try it. I bought the machine soon after. They have called me back every 6 months or so since to test and service the machine FOR FREE, and even gave me a new power cord when I left mine behind while on holiday.
I can't say enough positive about this business.
