Company will not refund my money after two weeks of waitingNow says I have $restocking fee

Was suppose to make window cut outs to the exact sizes that I gave them but they made the window sizes biggerThen told me that I would have to pay
We were told to give them the exact sizes for the window cut outs which I didThey made the cut out sizes bigger than what was given to themI called to let them know because it has presented a problem for my windows to be installedThe openings are now too bigThe windows are suppose to sit in the openings so we can just screw them inBut since they made the cut outs bigger it leaves a gap on each side which you would have to put shims in which would show because this is a metal building I was told to send and email with the measurements which I did on 5/2/I did not get a call so I called them back on 5/8/and was told that they would look into it So I had to call back again and finally they sent out someone to measure the windowsHe told them that they were made bigger than the sizes that I submitted to themThen once
