He latter that after noon called and told us that he can not get hold of the customer go ahead and cut the locks and repair the transmission.We no other options but to cut the locks and repair the transmission to get the back to the customer. Store manager Robert D[redacted] had been sick in early part of this week and he forgot to relay the message to the customer about his wheel locks. We have offered the customer that bring the car back and we will replace the wheel locks on his wheel. We are waiting for the customer so we can replace the locks on his wheel.Thanks.
