because it implies there are complimentary rooms available but when you call the very day you get the advertisement times and that very day there are no complimentary rooms available.we even asked if there were any available complimentary rooms in the near future and were told no.are there really complimentary rooms available.I am not satisfied with there response

if no rooms are available the very day you get the advertisement then the advertisement is false.I believe there is bit of advertising going on here.if there are no rooms available then do not send out the advertisement
