I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, this insurance company need to train it is employees and representatives to do better job before they have clients sign for any policy with them, by explain all the details of cancellation, it took 4 months to get paid all my money back.
