This person, *** ***, called into the office very angry and because I wasn't able to give her answers she wanted to hear, she said she would file a complaintShe was very disrespectful over the phone from the very beginning of her phone call as she demanded to be told how we received her
informationI tried to explain to her that I wasn't aware of any specific mailing list and that there are over different Insurance Professionals affiliated with our agency and there is also another business named Stewart Financial Services that does auto loans and we receive their calls sometimes I asked her if there was a name on whatever she had received and she responded with an angry 'No' and that she just wants to be removed from whatever list her name was on.We do have disclaimers on our mail pieces from our insurance carriers but without knowing what she received couldn't really respond favorably to assist her.Stewart Financial Services has no intentions of contacting anyone who doesn't want to be contacted and in fact most if not all of our correspondence is with our existing database of clients or those who requested informationWe don't believe the mailer she received is from our office.Linda M*** Office Manager
