I received this Revdex.com complaint at my desk todayI am not sure why it has taken so long to reach me as I am the customer support manager for Wintec IndustriesI also do not know why the complainant has not contacted us through various means of contactWe have customer support representatives who take calls from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through FridayWe also have email support in which any Wintec FileMate customer can email our support team at any time at [redacted] Lastly, we have a chat line that is available the same hours as our phone lines We certainly apologize that the customer is having difficulties with her FileMate Clear tablets, and we would more than willing to discuss their condition with her; however, based on the information in the enclosed complaint ID [redacted] , the complainant stated the following, “ The charge piece fell out now they can’t play on the tablets “ While it is not verified, the complainant’s words seem to indicate that the charging ports on the tablets are broken which is not a manufacturer’s defect Please document the case, that the complainant will receive a phone call and email from us in the next hours in which we will apologize for their experience, provide the criteria for a warranty return per the terms and conditions of the year, and lastly, if the tablets meet the criteria for a warranty claim, provide the customer with the means and the instructions to file a warranty claim
