The contract very clearly displays the difference between the trade value and the amount of the payoffI am not sure
why Mr*** feels that he *** not be able to make the payment he agreed toQouting Mr*** "They told me no problem *** simply take the old loan and *** get a new loan and lower monthly payments." That is what happened and again was clear on the contractIf there are any questions or concerns that I can address, please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXXThank you, *** ***

repair was the a/c lines and a water pump for a total of $1863.86. The line that was replaced originally was broken do to a motor mount failure that had not failed at the time of the original repair. not act in a responsible way. [redacted] had the keys secured and the vehicle on our lot with over $12 million worth of our own inventory stored in the same way. [redacted] Chevrolet is not legally responsible for items left in a vehicle. If a aftermarket alarm was on the vehicle and functioning the alarm should have been activated when the vehicle was locked. We do not know if the alarm went off or not because the crime happened when [redacted] was closed. The customer needs to submit a claim to their insurance. Thank you, [redacted]
