Winter Garden RV

After initial visit in August the site we were promised was switched to different site when we arrived in Late September.
When we visited in August we were told we could rent a quiet site away from others due to having to work 3rd shift at a new job. We were given a map with two different site numbers and an initial reservation with no site number listed. At the end of August we called by phone and paid for a months rent and was given a site number we had not seen and was told we could change if once we arrived. On September 14th we arrived and found the new site. I was greeted by a shirtless lady wearing only a bra and screaming and yelling at a guy while kids were playing in the mud in diapers in our spot. After being told by the lady our site was swarming with fire ants and wasps we did out best to move in and move forward. I went to plug in the power and when I lifted the lid I was attacked and stung by wasps. After spraying poison on the power box I was able to plug into outlet where the breaker immediately blew. I tried to reset it but the breaker fell into the box. We called the office and they had a contractor come out and tell us the power box was wired wrong, the breaker was wrong, the wiring was damaged, and the box was unsafe but working. With no other option we plugged the power back in and found out the bad wiring damaged several major systems on our brand new 2020 RV. A few days later the rv park shut off the power for a day to the park for upgrades and nothing was done to the box. A week goes by and the building behind us gets a new roof installed during the day while I need to be sleeping. I had to ask the workers several times to stop parking in my site, stop taking breaks under my rvs shade screen, and to stop looking into my rv as it was scarring me I end up going into the office and asking for a new site, saying this wasn't the site I was promised, The lady said nothing else was available but id be put on a list. Another week goes by and I cant get any sleep, the kids and lady next door are making a ton of noise, having little parties outside, yelling at the guy, and dumping trash along side my RV. One afternoon I wake up and find my bed and myself covered in fire ants. I call the office and am told they would put down poison. It never happens so I get attacked again a few days later. I end up in the Emergency Room from the fire ants and am forced to take time off work and loose money. I spent $100.00 on poison, plus medical bills, and clean up the neighbors trash from my site. I go back into the office and tell them whats happened and she doesn't offer any help or support. She instead has me sign paperwork for renting the spot. Its now October and she back dates the paperwork to September 1st and has me falsify the dates and signatures of my wife to keep it as she said "legal." I remind her I never agreed to the site we were in and we were not in the state of Florida on the date she picked for the paperwork. she said it was OK and took the paperwork. I again asked for a different site but was told nothing was available. A few days later my wife arrived and was also attacked by fire ants and ended up the Emergency room. I again missed work. when I tried to sleep during the day over the next few days I was constantly woke up from the screaming of the kids next door, the trash hitting my trailer, the car doors and sliding door from the neighbor. Exhausted I went into work were I was fired for missing time due to being sick from the fire ants, and for being exhausted from no sleep. I went back to the spot, took pictures of the poor condition of the site, power box, neighbors trash piles, fire ant hills everywhere. Then we were forced to leave with no job to pay for the site or our new trailer.
