Buyers beware
Tried ordering a tap for the mount holes on my snowboard. They led me on for a full month just to tell me they’re not sending it. Then they graciously refunded half of what I spent! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY ARE A SCAM!

Winter warehouse is terrible
The sham of a company sent me a defective set of bindings. Completely missing one toe strap ... which required me to rent on my trip and cost me hundreds of dollars. I returned the defective bindings and they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee on items that cannot be restocked. Customer service following this was absolutely terrible and rude. Avoid this company at all costs!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the information provided by the business They indicate that 1) their phone system is down It is odd because I was able to leave messages 2) they indicate the primary method of contacting them for returns is through emailI specifically indicated in my complaint that I did send them an email per their website's instructions In fact, this was the first action I took I bcc'd myself in the email so I have a copy of the original email I never received a reply So in fact, I followed their instructions and never received any communications or a process to resolve the issue I do not want delays to interfere with their day return policy since I contacted them nearly right away3) They also indicate that perhaps I stripped the screws and I should use smaller screws As indicated in my complaint the holes were too small, meaning that I was never able to get any screw in of the required holes The screws never went in so it would be impossible for them to be stripped The screws were not even able to catch one screw thread This is a new product I purchased not a used product 4) Lastly, they indicate they are happy to cooperate- which is greatbut they have yet to provide me with any specific return or exchange information They provide the same phone number and email I have already contacted with no response In response to my original requests or my request through the Revdex.com, I should receive a specific email that would include RMA or return instructions with a pre-paid label I expect them to pay for any return shipping as their product is defective As indicated I am fine with an equal exchange or a full return/ refund of the entire package I feel this is a very reasonable request. I finally got a response from them which appeared to be utter disregard for the issue I had. He finally said I could send back the products, but in doing so I was doing more online research and found numerous responses from people not to send the products back as you will not get refunded and they...

will charge your card an additional 20% restocking fee. They offer no postage so by the time I pay the postage and the restocking fee on a damaged product, I am spending more money without a prospect of getting all my other money back. Needless to say I still have the product and am just irritated!
