Good morning I just got off the phone with [redacted] and we talked about the service I told her that this type of thing is very rare and she seemed to be understanding We take responsibility for the missed service and will get all of her services provided to her today and if it doesn't happen I gave her my cell phone and I'll do it myself She will also be received a credit on her account because we don't believe a customer should have to pay for poor service Further, we will instruct the driver on this route that this customer has had a service issue in the past and we cannot have any more mistakes We believe that this issue has been resolved by that conversation, but we're happy to provide additional information if so required or continue to work directly with the customer, whichever she prefers We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this amicably
