The apology here us just words. The technician did not call us back (we have caller I'd on both cell and land lines). The practices employed here but customers in an emergency situation in a no win situation. Overpriced services and taking critical items needed for warranty repair. As I stated the technician never checked for warranty until after questioned and did not try to return it. In fact he stated, if you want it, come and get it. I tried to speak to manager to fix this and do the right thing and he scoffed at me and actually stated pricing in the book is the price regardless or what other people charge or how we were treated. This response is for the Revdex.com not for the customer.
