also gave him the parts store and name of person to ask for . As a courtesy I tried to source the part. I encouraged him to call the same place to do the same. We do not stock parts and we can not assure their merit. We merely install and or service. As I told [redacted], that part MAY be under warranty. I myself wouldn't know. We are not voiding any warranty of parts and labour...it doesn't exist. We would happily replaced the faulty part, [redacted] would have had to recover the cost from the manufacturer . He was on a tight deadline, therefore I advised him to seek another service provider .
