Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Winters Electric failed to show receipts as requested, and failed to provide an original bid, as well as insisted upon payment for services without showing a breakdown for parts/materials, labor, and taxes.Winters Electric was in fact paid in full, with cancelled check stubs showing this factWinters Electric also did not finish any of the installThere are multiple outlets from different rooms on the same breakers (although actual circuit breakers were not installed, because Winters Electric did not finish the job), or gauge and gauge wire was used for 220V outlets, which should require at least #or #considering the load to be appliedWinters Electric also did not install copper wire for the HVAC, stove and clothes dryer as both requested in writing and paid for Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Winters Electric failed to show receipts as requested, and failed to provide an original bid, as well as insisted upon payment for services without showing a breakdown for parts/materials, labor, and taxes.Winters Electric was in fact paid in full, with cancelled check stubs showing this fact. Winters Electric also did not finish any of the install. There are multiple outlets from different rooms on the same breakers (although actual circuit breakers were not installed, because Winters Electric did not finish the job), or 14 gauge and 12 gauge wire was used for 220V outlets, which should require at least #8 or #10 considering the load to be applied. Winters Electric also did not install copper wire for the HVAC, stove and clothes dryer as both requested in writing and paid for.
