First, the product is a non-stocking item of Winters Home Furnishings; therefore, is not subject to an in house return. The distributor of the product would be responsible for honoring a return. [redacted] Company's policy on returned items is 60 days from date of purchase. The merchandise the customer is requesting to return is 11 months old and is a run sensitive product. I have contacted a representative of [redacted] Company, due to these unusual circumstances. [redacted] has agreed to return the 6 boxes for a restocking fee of 25% of the total invoice.
