I gave jim winters a $3000 down payment for an axle. He strung me alone for many months and then just vanished. Took his website down, disconnected his phone and canceled his ebay store. $1000 was from a credit card which I got back but the other $2000 was out of my back and I lost all of that. He strung me along long enough so my bank couldn't press charges. Do not ever use him for anything. He will rip you off. I have all the emails and text messages to prove it all
