dentist for the same xray which they took at their office and charged me for. They knew this xray should only be done every 3-5 years.  The office should have informed me that the insurance will not pay for this xray or asked me if I had done this xray before and to check with my primary dentist."   RESPONSE: Once again we are a SPECIALISTS  office. When a General Dentist refers a Patient to our office for consultation, it is their responsibility to send all the record and X-Ray. We book an appointment for 45 minutes. If we do not have the X-Ray a consultation can not be done. It will be wasted Time for the doctor as well as the patient. Can you imagine if patient came and we had to sent them back? Patient will be very upset and both parties time will be wasted.  Anyway we are making Ashwin K[redacted] account balance zero as well wish good luck in future treatment where ever the future treatment is done.      [redacted]
