I hired Cramer Engineering to evaluate my new home After problems arose with my new construction, I was made aware that the blueprints were not followed as designed In order to proceed with legal action, I needed a professional evaluation of the home which I hired Cramer Engineering to provideJames C [redacted] came to my home, spent minutes and confirmed that the blueprints were not followed His price is normally $for the evaluation, but he said he did not feel he should charge me that much because it was such a simple evaluation I paid him $ I asked if I would still get a report confirming his findings and he agreedI offered to give him copies of the blueprints, but he was confident since he deals with this on a daily basis that he could write the report without my blueprint When I did not receive a report, I left emails and phone messagesWhen he did call back, he needed reminded of who I was, but confirmed that he would send the report out More time passed
