We have received the complaint from the borrower regarding MrD***. It is our objective as a company to provide timely service to all borrowers. In respect to Ms*** while maintaining her privacy, her initial credit report was pulled May 13, and her credit scores were high
enough for the loan she applied for. During the subsequent period she went through the loan approval process and wrote a purchase agreement on a home in July of Between the initial credit report date and the required updated credit report in September the borrower had late payments on student loans. These late payments on the student loans made her ineligible for loan she applied for and this is the reason she was declined. Any delays were associated with issues regarding the student loans. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE, IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN SO LONG, HE MADE ME CLOSE AND PAY OFF ONE [redacted] CREDIT CARD AT A TIME, HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FROM DAY ONE WHAT WAS GOING TO BE NEEDED FROM ME AND HE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A LIST OF THOSE THINGS THAT DAY, NOT TWO OR THREE MONTHS LATER THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON I HAVE TALKED TO THINKS THAT MR D[redacted] IS AN [redacted] AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THIS WILL NOT FALL ON ME, I COULD HAVE HAD THE HOUSE BEFORE THE STUDENT LOANS ON THE CREDIT REPORT HIT, OR HE COULD HAVE STRAIGHT UP TOLD ME TO SAVE MONEY AND TO GET MY DEBT TO INCOME LOWER, NOT HAVE ME DO ONE GOD DAMN THING AT A TIME KEEPING MY HOPES UP FOR LIKE 5-6 MONTHS AND THEN GETTING EVERYTHING RIPPED AWAY FROM ME, I WAS LIVING OUT OF MY CAR AND A STORAGE UNIT UP UNTIL THIS LAST WEEKEND NO JOKE. I WAS NO LONGER HOMELESS AS OF 10/31/2016. YOU GUYS (WINTERWOOD MORTGAGE COMPANY) NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU DO SOMETHING, AKA GIVE ME SOME OF MY MONEY BACK, AT LEAST $1500-$3000 WHICH IS HALF OF WHAT I HAD SHOWN YOU FOR WHAT I HAD TO PAY OUT FOR THIS ENTIRE THING! MAKE THIS RIGHT! I WILL KEEP AT IT AND I WILL DO IT FROM EVERY AVENUE THAT I HAVE AVAILABLE TO ME. IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST HERE. DO THE RIGHT THING HERE PLEASE. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR WILL HAVE TO SUE YOU...
