Review: I have Medicaid and getting mammograms are completely free under Medicaid. I had a mammogram on 9/**/15. The Winthrop Radiology Associates division of the Hospital has been sending me bills stating that I owe a balance of $332. Note that the payment from my health insurance company went to Winthrop Hospital, so the radiology division is basically the same entity as the hospital. My health insurance co told me that I do not owe a balance and that Medicaid covers the full fee of the mammogram. Winthrop Hospital recently sent me a "final notice" threatening that my account will be sent to the debt collector. I called the 888 number on the bill and no one picked up. Also, I believe I left a message sometime last fall asking someone in their billing dept to call me back. This hospital should not send letters threatening that my account will go to a debt collector for a debt that is not valid.Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment

Review: I made a payment to Winthrop University hospital on 4/**/15, of which the hospital owes me a refund of $3,787.16, which they have acknowledged but have not refunded me.
The last discussion with their billing dept on 10/*/15 resulted in saying that it would take 8 weeks; this discussion was after several calls. It has now been 9 weeks, with no refund.Desired Settlement: immediate refund
