Terrible customer service! They used the global pandemic as a way to lie about shipment dates and not followup on promises made to me. I was repeatedly told the product would ship on "x" date in the future. When that day came and went I was not notified of the delay and when I called to get a new shipment date I was met with exasperation as if I was out of line to ask for when my order would be delivered. She was happy to take my money and sit on it for two months. She did say she's refund it which is good, but the whole experience was terrible. I'd suggest everyone stay away! Buy elsewhere!
