When we completed the install all equipment and system worked great for about a month or soHe did call us back outAfter trouble shooting the issue we noticed an issue with the wiring pinout on a connector previously installed by the home builderWe gladly corrected his problem with a sincere apology and at no charge for service call. After about a year and a half we received another call for a completely different situationWe provide a year warranty for our labor for our servicesHe was well outside of our warrantyThe outdoor TV we installed went outThis was an old TV *** owned we did inform him at the time of install that he may only get a few seasons from TV since it was not designed to with stand to outdoor elementsHe tried to schedule an appointment with us to check out TV unfortunately we were very overbooked and under staffedI informed him we were booked out about weeks for for any new projectsOver the coming weeks he got perturbed that we still had not had the chance to check TVHe began to threaten me and our reputationAt this point I did discuss that the TV would have to be replaced by diagnosing the issue over the phoneHe finally picked up a new TV to swapThis was finally at the point my family and I were leaving on our family vacationBecause of the issues with *** I delayed leaving on our scheduled vacation to swap his TVNeedless to say my wife and sons were extremely upset with me for thisWhen I arrived at ***s house he was no were to be foundI wanted to face the person that threatened me and forced me to delay my family vacation. I swapped the TV that was defective with a new VisioUpon completion I noticed that the new TV was not completely compatible with the original installI spent an additional hour resolving the cabling changes to get everything to workI took the additional time to run thru complete system with ***s wife to assure everything was workingOnce everything was complete I left without payment for serviceI invoiced *** for the TV service call March still with no paymentAgain in May I resent invoice still unpaidAt which time he complains about another completely different issue not related to the TV install or original purchase of equipment. At that time and still today I retained the right to refuse service based on the fact of no payment for service and the poor attitude of this hostile person. Thank you*** ***
