Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I will start by addressing the issues mentioned by Wired ElectronicsI proceeded with the dispute ($was paid in cash as I believed I was dealing with a professional shop) because I believe that portion was owed back for the services not providedI provided PLENTY of opportunity to finish the job and repair the issues they createdThe vehicle was at their shop for months (months the car was at their shop after the incident without any progress and only unprofessional contact!) while I dealt with auto insurance to repair front end damage which in no shape of form rendered their ability to perform their services (bumper and headlight damage)Regarding the transmission, when I received the vehicle I was advised that it was "normal" that there was a delay/lag between shifting of gearsI trusted the shop, but later found out those were signs of transmission going bad which explained why it went bad within daysStreet or race use does not effect the fact that they did not perform originally agreed upon servicesI am currently redoing Wired Electronics' work and repairing the damages caused by their lack of expertise Once again, transmission did not limit the shop from completing the work that they should have done in the first place! I had the vehicle for less than days before everything brokeThey forgot to mention the part where the vehicle leaked oil (due to poor installation of an oil cooler), and a fire that occurred due to an oil leak which caused me to pay towing expenses (glad to be alive after the fire)Wired Electronics also made it very hard to communicate with them after I received the vehicle and all of these issues occurredI have emails sent to Wired and also a letter from third party regarding the lack of services Wired provided, and if needed can provide more thorough letter from another third partyPlease advise the next steps needed to move forward Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Sir/Madam, Good day! hope all is well! This is not the first time we are dealing with *** ***In the past months, he had tried to dispute his credit card billAnd just recently, we were awarded the full amount he owedLet it be known that Alex never gave us the opportunity to remedy any
issuesLet it also be known that he never disputed delivery of the vehicle with all the parts and the services written on the receipt, and others not writtenAnd lastly, what Alex requested us to do falls under “for race application or off-road use only” parts and service, by installing products not deemed legal for street useAs much as we try to keep our customers happy with every service we render, we cannot control how the customer would use and or abuse of such productThis was evident of the customers car experiencing transmission problemAfter the car was delivered, the car did come back with a broken transmission and front end collision damages; both of which was beyond the scope of service we renderedIt stayed with us, (which was such a hassle, as we had to move the car in and out of the garaged by pushing- heavy car) waiting for further instruction from customer on what to doThe last time I saw the car was when the customer made arrangements to have it brought to the body for repairIf there was a need for us to remedy any problem that presented itself from our services, the customer never informed us nor gave us the chance to do soSincerely, Boh

I am rejecting this response because:I will start by addressing the issues mentioned by Wired Electronics.1. I proceeded with the dispute ($3000 was paid in cash as I believed I was dealing with a professional shop) because I believe that portion was owed back for the services not provided. 2. I provided PLENTY of opportunity to finish the job and repair the issues they created. The vehicle was at their shop for 2 months (2 months the car was at their shop after the incident without any progress and only unprofessional contact!) while I dealt with auto insurance to repair front end damage which in no shape of form rendered their ability to perform their services (bumper and headlight damage). Regarding the transmission, when I received the vehicle I was advised that it was "normal" that there was a delay/lag between shifting of gears.
