Wired Up Solutions

This is a 24 hour security monitoring company. They are completely unreachable by phone or email. All they have is a mailing address, and there is no live person to speak with. We have been trying to cancel our contract with this company. They continue to bill us. There is no way to get in touch with them to cancel the service. I wrote them a letter with our final payment stating that it was our final payment and we wanted to cancel the service immediately. They cashed the check. And then sent us another bill. There is no way to resolve this issue with the company. I want the service canceled and the bills to stop.

This is a security system business with 24 hour emergency response service that was contracted for 1 year. My contract is up and I wanted to end my relationship with this company but I cannot contact them by phone or mail and they keep billing me. I tripped my alarm to see if the response team would respond but I did not get any response.This has been going on for 2 years.
