Review: On Sunday March 31,2013 I went to get my car detailed @ 10am. As I waited employee [redacted] pulled me aside to tell me that my rear view mirror on my driver side had broke off in their car washing machine. He assured me that things like this do not happen often but when they do they will try everything to get it fixed. Now my issue was: who was going to fix it? He said that they have a guy that fixes things of this nature and I told him I would rather go to the dealer to have it fixed because I do not want anybody working on my car. And the way the part was broke, literally was no fixing. They finished my services of detailing my car. The Manager was not available at the time, so they told me to contact him on Tuesday April 2,2013. It is now April 2, 2013 my car's driver side mirror is duct taped. It rained yesterday so it is weak. I had no choice but to order another rear view mirror. It is a safety hazard for myself and whom ever else drives in the car with me. I would be able to accept someone else doing the work if it was not a well known business for detailing but it is a business and professionally it should have been taken care of on their negligence. What should have happened is: since the incident happened on their site. They should have made it their business to make sure that my car was taken care of. I should not have had to pay for the part and have to pay to get it put on. My car is a 2008 dodge avenger. If anything was to happen if they were to put it on I am held responsible whereas if the dodge dealer, which is right up the street from the place, it would be on them. I am very upset that this has happened to me. I have never had a problem like this occur. When I called [redacted] their "specialized manager" said since I purchased my own mirror and did not have them fix it then there is nothing else they can do. If something is not resolved soon, I will be taking them into small claims court for a reimbursement of the cost of the mirror. That is all I ask. It is professionally right.

I would like a refund of what I paid to purchase the mirror. You think after an incident like that happened I would want someone from Wired Wash working on my car. They were not even going to give me the option of taping my mirror back on my car. I had to say something. I am not from the area so driving back was a hassle. I just want a refund of 139.40 of what I paid to purchase the mirror. And who is to say that the water did not damage the wire that controls the positioning of the mirror!

Review: I paid for what seemed like a high-end service but what I received was far from what was advertised. I took my vehicle in for detailing at Wired Wash & Wax and paid around $80 for the service but after driving home and taking a good look at my car, the quality of the "detailing" wasn't much better than a basic wash and vacuum that I could've done myself for $5. Their website promised a money-back guarantee but after calling their number multiple times in an attempt to discuss the poor quality of their service (and give them the opportunity to make it up to me), I never received a call back.

I would like my money back. I feel like I was robbed. They made me schedule an appointment that was over a month away, so I held off on getting my car washed/detailed and when the day I looked forward to finally came, the final result of the service was pathetic.I would like a refund, a voucher for another detailing, or at the very least a call back apologizing for the poor quality of their service. I am very dissapointed that they have not called me back after I've tried getting in touch.
