This customer came into Love My Hair Salon on the 25th of August 2015; for a color, highlight, and haircutThe stylist provided the services requested, totaling $Upon arrival to our salon, her stylist consulted with her to find out processes her hair had previously been through and the
client never informed her of any issues in the pastOnce services were completed, the client never brought to her stylist’s attention that she was unhappy with the services provided that day, or that there were any issues with the outcomeThe client requested her money back for the services through her credit card company, and we fought the dispute and wonShe stated in the dispute summery, “the bleach was left on too long”As a licensed stylist, I can ensure that we monitored how long the bleach was left on, and she does not have the knowledge to know how long is required for the desired outcomeHer hair seemed like it had been through multiple damaging processes before we provided any servicesThe client also stated, “Owner agreed that her worker messed my hair up”, and she also stated “She sent her stylist home because she was so mad that she would do this to a client.” As the owner of the salon, I can verify that I never stated that my stylist messed up her hair, but did mention that a different approach could have been takenI also never sent my stylist home for this and never once stated that I was madThe client followed up with a negative review and comment on our business *** ***, so I (owner) reached out to her to see if I could helpShe came back in to see me on September 1st I redid her color and highlights, and also gave her a conditioning treatment totaling $These services were free of charge to the client that dayHer hair had been damaged from everything that was done to itI also had her come back for two more conditioning treatments free of charge; salon value is $She was more than compensated totaling $worth of services, free of charge, in order to fix her hairA grand total of all services provided to her was $320.00, but she was only charged for the initial visit and services provided on August 25th at $The time spent and products used are very expensive and I do not feel she should get a refund on any products that she purchasedThese products were not purchased at my salon, and I cannot guarantee these were the proper products to help herShe was more than compensated for corrective servicesAfter corrective services were provided she said she was happy and did not try to contact the salon againShe also changed her review and comment on our *** *** from a one star negative review to a five star positive reviewA couple days after that, she deleted the review entirelyHer family continued to post negative comments and reviews on our pageIt became more of a harassment issue than anything elseMy salon has been open for four months, as of November 10th 2015, and have provided over services with no complaintsAfter the initial dispute was settled, our client as well as her significant other made threats towards us as individuals, and our salon via their personal *** (November 4th and 5th 2015)*** ended up taking down most of the threatening comments, due to they were very severeThreats of us being harmed and “hunted down” were mentionedThis is more than harassment at this point, and I want nothing to do with this matterIt has gone way too far, and I refuse to refund her because we have already been through a dispute, and the salon wonI also refuse to let her threaten my stylists and businessNobody should have to feel unsafe around our workplaceThank you, Love My Hair Salon Owner

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all no one is threatening this salon they should not feel unsafe Anyway, I will have proof from my hair stylist that this salon indeed ruined my hair, leading + inches that's the matter of it No one is harassing this salonPeople are entitled to post a review or comment on how bad my hair looks She is taking this to a whole another level and changing the real problem here & it's the fact they ruined my hair
