Review: Wired Fax advertises 2 plans on their website 1 monthly plan and one yearly plan. I signed up in March and choose the monthly plan which advertises you can cancel at any time. In the month of March *, 2013 the company erroneously charged my card twice for one month of service $5.95 each charge. When I noticed this extra charge of $5.95 I called the company right away to dispute the charge. I called the 1800 number and received their voicemail in which I left my number and complained of being charged twice on the voicemail. I never received a return phone call. I then went through their Live Chat line and I spoke with a representative named [redacted]. [redacted] asked me to send an email to their support team and they would check into it. So I immediately sent an email to [redacted]. I received a response and and he requested I check my account to be sure. I verified the information and called the 1800 several times and always receive the voice mail and I left several messages. I never received a phone call back. I also emailed the company at [redacted]. There is at least a 7 day lack between the time I send an email to Wired Fax and me receiving a reply from the company. When I did finally receive an email from the company I was asked by [redacted] to check my bank account to be sure I was overcharged. I checked my bank account again and sent him the charges in response. Each time I email them I get a different ticket number which never gets resolved. As of today I have 6 different ticket numbers that reference the same complaint over and over again. I was never refunded for the extra $5.95 charge in March. I was disappointed in their services and lack of customer service resolution issues so I cancelled my account in April. My second complaint is that in May 2013 I was charged again although my service was cancelled. I started a flurry of phone calls again to the company again and each time I received the voice mail message. I also emailed the company at [redacted] and complained of being charged for a service I cancelled. I did receive a return email from [redacted] but he disputed the charge and asked me to verify my charges again with the bank. I checked with my bank to make sure and saw the charges and emailed [redacted] to verify the charges. I emailed [redacted] May *, 2013 and he did not respond until June **, 2013 and he asked me to verify the charges again. Now I know for sure I am getting the run around. As of today I have not received a refund for March or May's charge. My third complaint is that recently this month June 2013 my card was charged again. Unbelievable!! am at my wits end with this company. They continue to charge my card and then when I confront them they deny the accusations. The only option I have at this point is to close my bank account so this company will stop charging me. As of today I have not received a refund for March, May and now June 2013.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from this company. I also want to be refunded the amount I was erroneously charged with which was 3 months at a total of $17.85. This company never answers the phone and when you leave a message they don't return your call. They should make sure to return phone calls within 24 hours days at least. This company does not return emails promptly either. It took them almost 26 days to return my email and my issues still go unresolved. The customer service department needs to be re-vamped completely. This company also has poor record keeping. They should be able to look at my credit card charges from their end and verify if I was overcharged or not. This company should be legally held accountable for ripping people off. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of their poor customer service and lack of record keeping.
