Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this product is defective and shouldn't be sold in the first placeEach time I send it in I have to pay around $It's getting to the point where I've spent more sending in a defective product than the actual productThis product should last more than a monthThe accepted response for me is the company pays for the label (this time) and refunds the moneyI paid the first time thinking this was a rare unlucky caseTurns out the product is bad (started breaking first week, after about a month not even usable) Sincerely, [redacted]

this response because: this product is defective and shouldn't be sold in the first place. Each time I send it in I have to pay around $30. It's getting to the point where I've spent more sending in a defective product than the actual product. This product should last more than a month. The accepted response for me is the company pays for the label (this time) and refunds the money. I paid the first time thinking this was a rare unlucky case. Turns out the product is bad (started breaking first week, after about a month not even usable).

Hello,This product has been replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.  This is consistent with the website's posted return policies.  Refunds are not applicable on used items.  As such this has been managed and replaced under the manufacturer warranty.Thanks.
