On 09/19/I waited in line for hours like so many others to get the iPhone I went with my husband and we are both RussianI initially spoke with a sales employee who was nice but not very helpfulHe was unable to access my credit application that had already been approved by Verizon Wireless, and asked for a managerâ s assistanceThe manager ( [redacted] ) came over and typed for a second and said "no, I can't get into it" and walked offWe decided to just start a new application trying to make things easier for the employeeDuring this the employee needed the managerâ s assistance again and during the conversation we advised we would be getting a total of phones, one for me, one for my husband and one for our daughterAt that point Mr [redacted] became rude and stated "no, my policy is per customer"I said that was fine I would get and my husband could get the third on another accountHe would not let us do that either and stated it was his call and his store and then he decided he wasn't going to sell me anything regardless of my approved statusI was perfectly willing to just get the that the store allowed so my daughter would get her birthday present on time and he still wouldnâ t let us purchase our phones He gave no reason for this and then went and hid in the back room refusing to speak with me any further and advising his employees not to sell me anythingNo argument or anything like that occurredThe only thing either me or my husband could come up with is that he either didn't like the fact that we are foreign or the fact that we are gayIt might even be bothThe employee sent us across town to another Verizon store where we did get all phones and had no troubleHe lost out on sales by being rude and refusing to help usIt is not as if we were being demanding or requesting something different than everyone with a family plan in America hasPeople should avoid this store and their horrible sales manager Obviously I was very upset to be refused service so I thought about it for a few days and decided after cooling off that I needed to warn other people so that they would not be treated like second class citizens by [redacted]

I initially spoke with a sales employee who was nice but not very helpful. He was unable to access my credit application that had already been approved by Verizon Wireless, and asked for a manager’s assistance. The manager ([redacted]) came over and typed for a second and said "no, I can't get into it" and walked off. We decided to just start a new application trying to make things easier for the employee. During this the employee needed the manager’s assistance again and during the conversation we advised we would be getting a total of 3 phones, one for me, one for my husband and one for our daughter. At that point Mr. [redacted] became rude and stated "no, my policy is 2 per customer". I said that was fine I would get 2 and my husband could get the third on another account. He would not let us do that either and stated it was his call and his store and then he decided he wasn't going to sell me anything regardless of my approved status. I was perfectly willing to just get the 2 that the store allowed so my daughter would get her birthday present on time and he still wouldn’t let us purchase our phones. He gave no reason for this and then went and hid in the back room refusing to speak with me any further and advising his employees not to sell me anything. No argument or anything like that occurred. The only thing either me or my husband could come up with is that he either didn't like the fact that we are foreign or the fact that we are gay. It might even be both.
