Contact *** *** on 10/**/to talk about what happened on her visit to our ball park, it appears there was a lack of information received, offered her our apologies and invited her back to a game for 2017, she did not agree to that since she lives in another state, then offered her a refund,
*** *** did not want her money back she asked if we could instead send her promotional items we agreed to it, we sent her t-shirts, hats, a Mets tote bag and a bobble head via ***. Sent her an email with a tracking number of her package, customer was satisfied

We had a call with *** and have refunded the cost of the membership ($20)We wanted to hear what exactly went wrong to help us improve communication for the club moving forward

Customer was contacted on 8/**/2016, at the time when the customer was purchasing tickets it did not fall under the promotion guidelines (for no fees), [redacted] offer was not explained correctly to him.  We invited the customer to a game of his choice with his family during the month of August. The customer selected 8/**/2016 and 4 tickets will be waiting for him on the game date selected at will call under his name, customer seemed to be satisfied with the resolution.
