I went in to get my [redacted] screen replaced on a august 9th a friday and was told it would be ready monday or tuesday the latest. I showed up to get my [redacted] and was told it would be a week before they had it ready. I then asked why and was told the part had not came and it would be in wednesday. I told the employee this was not acceptable and I wanted my [redacted] back. the employee said I had to pay for the ordered part which I had no problem doing it was only $400.00. I explained I wanted the [redacted] now and would have my mother pick up the screen the next day. the way they handled it from there was with disrespect in their voice and made me feel uncomfortable. my mother then picked up the screen and brought it home ,upon opening it we find the screen destroyed. angered to say the least I called and drove out there to give them the opportunity to fix the problem they told me straight up they won't not do anything for me. I then asked for a manger and was told that there was no one here who could help me.I waited for 2 hours for the manager to be rude to me and tell me she wasn't going to do anything for me and if I had a problem take it to court. my fianc called and asked for the owners phone number and was told that the manager was the owner and hung up on him. he called back and was threatened with a harassment charge and she would call the police! I find this all to be bad business for a $40.00 screen and would appreciate the owners number or some form of compensation it may only be $40.00 but it is not right I am know with out anything no screen or money or fixed [redacted].Product_Or_Service: [redacted] screenDesired Settlement I want is what is owed to me screen or $40.00 and a serious apologyBusiness Response This customer came into my establishment to get her [redacted] replaced. I advised this consumer that her part take 3-4 business days. The consumer began getting upset due to her part being 1 day delayed. I tried to work with this consumer about the issue and she became irate and did not want the work done. I advised the consumer that she can pick up her part once in. At that time the consumer stated to me can she received a refund if part is damaged. I assure this consumer if part was damaged I would give her a FULL REFUND. The consumer sent her mom into our establishment to pick up the part & before I gave the part to this consumer's mom. I took photo copies of the part's condition which is new and the part number for my security. One hour later the consumer called yelling that her part was broke. I assured this consumer that her part was not delivered from me to her mom broke and she may come into the store for verification. Due to the fact that this customer was extremely irate I called security to be present when she comes in. Myself and security verified that in fact she did not receive a damage part ( I have date and time stamps on her part before she received) This consumer stated to me that she was also a tech, so I truly believe that she attempted to replace herself and throw the blame at my establishment. We have been in business for over 10 years and our customer service is our 1st priority.Consumer Response First off this is a flat out lie I never said in the beginning anything about if the part is broke I want a refund , that would be expected. Secondly I was told it would be rady the Monday on the following week I sent my mother that Wednesday 2 days after the day they told me. Thirdly there 10 years don't mean anything to me their costumer service is ridiculous regardless of being I rated or not I was robbed I am out money and a screen . She showed me pictures that u can't see anything . If she was so intend on proving that the part came intact and not broken it should have been showed to my mother upon pick up. Now right is right and I don't believe I should have to make such a big stink over a $40 dollar part. My fiancé owns his own business and assured me he would never allow anything like this to happen at his business ,and he has to deal with customers everyday and he would never argue with them he would do what needs to be done and make them happy .now I truly feel that my mother didn't break the part for the fact that the part was wrapped and boxed correctly and she simply carried it to her car then in the house ,I believe it was damaged in the mail wich would be no fault of this horrible lady's business but do expect some form of solution to this in a proper timing. Final Business Response I am not about to go back in forth with you. I have no reason to lie and if the Revdex.com needs any additional information as far as security statements and actual pictures I will supply to them. My company is not paying for your part that wasn't broke when it left my store. End of discussion. Good Day!
