I just don't understand how you can charge sales tax on a bill

I'm not sure where to start or how to reply to this complaint. The customer herself had explained to the Revdex.com where these charges came from, As she stated in her complaint, her monthly service charge from the service provider "[redacted]" is $55.00 there is $2.00...

service charge fee that is charged by the vender that pays the bill electronically "[redacted]". Finally there is sales tax which we do not charge the customer but rather collect it tier the state of Cincinnati which is 6.75% of the total amount. Now all this was explained to the customer. If she still has an issue with, that then she has to call the state and tell them that she is refusing to pay the sales tax.
