Review: On April **, 2014, I came to the store. I said it was a must for me to have my phone ending [redacted] fully operational by Monday, April **. I wanted to replace the phone immediately. As a result of willful poor service, my phone is not fully operational as of now. [redacted] cheated me into the contract, and then did not fulfill it.[redacted]:1. Said that the only device offered for free by Verizon Wireless with a two year contract was iPhone 4, whereas there were at least 5-6 devices for free with a contract.2. Said that Verizon Wireless offers iPhone 5c for $350, whereas it is actually offered for $99.99.3. Did not give me items coming with iPhone 4, specifically did not include the wall charger.4. Unsuccessfully tried once, but then refused to transfer info and settings for line [redacted] from old Nokia to new iPhone 4, despite it was a part of agreement for the deal.5. Refused to transfer info and settings for line [redacted] from old HTC to new Nokia, because, he said, it was time to close store by 8 PM, despite it was a part of agreement for the deal. I specifically requested that before signing the contract.6. Served two customers while I was waiting after he started serving me. This caused that he was not able to fulfill condition of transferring info before 8 PM. 7. Said that I could come next day, Sunday, April **, 2014, to make transfers between the phones. We agreed that I could come at 4-5 PM to do that. When I came about 4 PM, the store was closed, I waited some time, but apparently nobody was coming.8. Sold me iPhone 4, whereas Verizon Wireless actually does not carry it, no it supports it any more. He did not tell me that.I was not able to conduct business on Monday, April **, 2014, as a result of the situation willfully created by [redacted].I wanted to return iPhone 4 without being charged restocking fee on Monday, but both [redacted] and, later, [redacted] refused to do so. I had to return the device and was charged $74.96.Desired Settlement: Refund charger restocking fee of $74.96.Refund parking nearby the store of $1.00.Payment to me for loss of business time at rate $75 per hour for 6 hours, totaling $450. Total settlement is $525.96.
