In response to Ms [redacted] complaint, customers are told at time of repair that parts and labor are covered for daysThis has always been our policy and as in her letter she noticed the problem in February and still waited until October to get in Second, Ms [redacted] never paid a bill for the heater core or the labor to install itI am always willing to work with my customers but some policys are in place and she never paid anything and waited to long to bring the vehicle back to DART Automotive If you need anything else on this matter, let us know

noticed the problem in February and still waited until October to get in.
Second, Ms. [redacted] never paid a bill for the heater core or the labor to install it. I
