[redacted] purchased an iPhone and prepaid time which included phone insurance which is a month charge thats included with the prepaid time to pay her monthly bill, she wanted to return the phone with in the day period which is fine, I explained to her the phone was from our stock and she need to return the phone to our store When she arrived at the store we processed a return and I explained to her before we started the process that prepaid time is non- refundable and that she would need to pay smart pay off so she would not get any other chargesBefore she left she understood and went on her way

I am rejecting this response because: smart pay instructed me that the 9.66 is for insurance. The phone, air time was refunded to me. This is boost mobile attempt to make my life hard. I will be posting a public review concerning this company.  Travis the 9.66 needs to be refunded . my next step after this is to put a public review concerning business. To warn buyers.  Because of what he said and did Ive been bothered by smart pay.  Its amazing though he decided not to mention his threats to me.
