We purchased cell phones from Sprint on February 8, 2020. When we arrived home, we noticed we did not have any cell service with the new phones. We returned the phones on February 10th. There were 2 debits, the first was for $75.62 and another for $120.62. They refunded the debit of $75.62, but did not return the $120.62. They said we will be refunded once the phones make it back to their warehouse. This was over a month ago and we still have not received our refund.
The customer came in to return the devices he previously purchased within the 30 day satisfaction time frame. At the previous time of sale he paid a total of $120.62. When he came to return the devices there was a restock fee that did not get waived like it was supposed to be. The restock fee was $45.00. That charge was taken out of the original total, leaving a total of $75.62 that was refunded back to him. A few weeks later the customer brought this to the store's attention and the store manager refunded that $45 back to him. With the $75.62 being refunded previously, and later the $45 it resulted in a total of $120.62.
