I took my Samsung Note 3 Cell Phone to the above Business place for the Screen to be removed and replaced as it had gotten damaged from falling face first on a pool deck.
I took the phone to the Business place Wireless Forever, which has a different name on the Building, the name on the building is - Sami Furniture and Electronics. I have a photo as proof.
On the morning that I took the phone I asked the owner if they are able to do the job he said yes. However the job was not professionally done as when my phone was returned to me it had several wet spots in it shown by rainbow display of colours and circles.
I asked the alleged store owner, who goes by the name Sami to have the phone repaired correctly. The phone was returned twice with no change from the first time it was returned to me.
To add insult to injury the Owner, Sami was rude and very unprofessional and refused to give me a partial refund.
On looking up the business place I am realizing that this Business is not registered to fix phones as such this man is working out side of what he is registered to do.
