Wireless Freedom

dear who may it concern this is the owner of wireless freedom I have received the letter for complain one of our customer we did fix her phone galaxy sshe came in almost closing time and begged us to fix it right way we told her to fix phone we put the double side tape and it take almost to
hours to hold it tight so put in the case so it will hold tight she refused we offered her free cover but she still refused se put the free tempered glass to save the lcd if she drop again it is very common and safe does not effect lcd we are putting this on every phone and every body is very happy she tried to peel tempered glass and double side tape on lcd was already new (it suposed to hold it tight for few hours which she refused to put cover ) when she tried to peel up lcd came with that if its loose it doesnt work properly so it was not our fault we still tried to solve the problem but she was so mad without our faultI still call her and she is coming to see me I will try my best to solve the problem

I am rejecting this response because: I came in around pm the mall closes at I had to wait in line to be helpedI did not beg for helpI was never told anything about double sided tapeA screen protector was put on my phone without my knowledge and then the representative tried to sell me a phone caseMy phone's screen was not acknowledging my touch and I advised of this prior to me payingI came back days later because the phone was still not working properlyI'd pulled the screen protector off because it was quite thick thinking this would help but the actual screen lifted with it causing more malfunctionsI emailed wireless freedom and no one responded for a few daysI called the store to see if anyone received my emailsThe same person who damaged the phone and yelled at me answered this phone callI didn't know it was him at firstHe remembered me and yelled at me for minutes asking me what I wantedI told him initially I wanted the phone fixed but at this point I wanted a refund because of how I was treatedThis phone call went nowhereI made a complaint with the mall's assistant manager asking for assistance regarding my issueI got an email from what said to be the owner of the store a few days later after the phone callThe email stated he could only meet me at a certain timeI could not be there for that timeI called on that day at that time to try to rescheduleHe wanted to tell me what he could doI asked if I was getting my money back and he failed to respond to that questionHe just wanted to meet at the same time of day but I cannot due to workI wasn't offered anythingThere has been no kind of resolution
