I have avoided being a victim of a termite scam perpetrated by your firmI noticed sawdust on the floor near one of my garage doors I didn't know what did this but I knew it had to
addressed Monday, September 26, 2016, I called your firm and explained and said I didn't know if it was
termites I was told it was not as termites don't leave sawdust I was asked near what garage door, right or
leftTuesday, September 27, about 10:MrGerard T***, Market Development Representative,
arrived He walked into the garage right to the spot of the sawdust and said carpenter ants which I know to
be true He then proceeded to walk to the back of the garage, put his finger on a wooden shelve and said I
have termites The cost would be $plus a $a month service agreement I tried, unsuccessfully, to
ask him questions to what the termite treatment consisted ofHe avoided answering me or looking me in the
face directlyAs I needed to think this over I told MrT*** I would like to wait on the termite
treatment and just proceed with the carpenter ant treatment MrT*** gave me a Pest Management
Service Agreement for one treatment for carpenter ants in my garage for $plus $taxThis is
not an error and was corrected Customer #Tuesday, September 27, I received a call from your firm I told them I was holding off on the termite treatment until I learned more about itBut I would go ahead with the carpenter ant treatment I was told there would be $a month for an ongoing service fee I told him my agreement is for one time only He said that was incorrect I emailed MrT*** that I would like to proceed with the onetime carpenter ant treatment which was performed October 1, by Patrick Patrick was a pleasure to do business with I gave Patrick a check for $208.00, $plus $the correct tax amountI engaged another pest control company for a termite inspection on October 4, I have NO termitesThere never was or ever have been termites anywhere on my propertyI have been put through undue stress and aggravation by your firm just to obtain money fraudulently I am angry and disgusted that a company would put a potential customer through this and treat them like an empty headed fool to rob themI would have preferred if your representative put a gun to my head and demanded my wallet; it would have been more dignifiedI have received a phone call and emails from Michael L*** requesting to return to my property to proof I do have termites and also to pay for the treatment for my termites I do not have termitesMrL*** is very anxious to proof I have termites I would not trust or allow anyone from Ehrlich Bliss Pest Control on my property

This issue was addressed directly with Ms*** to her satisfactionMs*** was refunded 50% of her investment and will be dealing with a different Bliss Representative moving forward

We apologize to Ms*** as there definitely was a service and/or communication failure on our partI have spoken with the District Manager of the servicing office, John R*** whom is included via email on this response, and he assured me that all balances will be cleared and a letter will be
sent to Ms*** as she requested

Our Ops Manager spoke with Ms. [redacted] upon receiving this complaint and although we do not agree with her claims, we agreed to waive the charge and part ways.
