Hi, As per customer she fixed her phone from our store but next day she emailed that the screen is getting hot and the phone keeps dialing the number on its own so we requested her to bring the phone because we give out days warranty on all the repairs and it says on her receipt tooShe later emailed us that she went to [redacted] and upgraded her phone so she doesn't have the phone so I told her that in order for us to refund you we need to take the defective part out and send it back to the company and if she doesn't wants to get it fixed then we can put her old screen back and refund her the money, but she insisted that she wants the refund without returning our lcd for which I said that it's not possible to refund the moneyEvery store has a policy that first you have to return a defective item for you to get a refundHow could I giver her the refund without getting my product backThanks

The merchant is telling liesI emailed the merchant PRIOR to going to *** to ensure they would refund me for the screenI even said I would be willing to keep the case and temper glassAt no time did the merchant tell me I needed to bring in the old LCDAll they said was I can bring it in and they will transfer or put a new temper glass on for meI have attached the email that shows the conversation and the promise to refund BEFORE I went to ***I've also attached my receipt from *** which shows I went and bought a new phone AFTER the email exchange on July **, 2016. If they never intended to give me a refund for the screen, without me having to return to the store, they should have made that CLEAR in the email exchangeInstead they clearly said "Shouldn't be a problem! If you bought any accessory we cannot refund that but for screen definitely we can!!"I have also disputed with my credit card and hopefully will winI will continue to tell people not to bring their items to this store

I am sorry but I cannot refund for something she didn't return. She did put a chargeback with her credit card company and it came in our favor. I tried to fully cooperate with her but in order for me to give her the refund she should have returned the defective product back to the store for a full refund. Instead she asked me to give her the refund without bringing the defective product. At this point I can't help her out. Sorry
