Wireless One Communications

Review: I went to Wireless One Communications to upgrade my iPhone from the 4 to the 5. During the process, The store manager [redacted] told me it was a requirement/mandatory that I have the FREE jet pack wireless device. I didn't want it nor did I ask for it, but he said it wasnt optional and since it was "free" I didn't think another thing of it. After contacting Verizon wireless customer service when my bill came I learned that this product was not part of my uprgrade and was definitely not a requirement. I went back to the store furious that the actual "manager" would do business this way and he openly admitted that he did not give me all the information. The jet pack itself is free but the 24 month contract is not. [redacted] never once explained any of this information to me and happily watched me sign the final paperwork without hesitation. He said he would "see" what he could do in terms of cancelling the contract free of charge but he's not sure if he'll be able to (this is after calling him repeatedly when he said hed get back to me and didnt). He also said he's never had any issue like this with a customer before which I learned was a lie after reading the companies [redacted] reviews (his name is showcased negatively in almost every review). I haven't used this product since he gave it to me. I want the early termination fee waived and a refund for the activation fee and initial service line fee. This manager and it's establishment do not value customer service. He completely took advantage of me, is unapologetic and unwilling to make the effort to fix the problem. I wish I had read his [redacted] reviews before entering this terrible business. Verizon's wireless should be ashamed to have any association with this company.Desired Settlement: 35.00 activation fee, 20.00 monthly line access fee and waive the 175.00 early termination fee
