Absolutely terrible customer service. Parts have decreased in quality and they are now ignoring calls and emails. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company in the last 2 years with receipts to prove it. I have tried to return several items by following to a T their return policy and they will NOT refund or replace their defective item. I now buy from group vertical and these guys can crumble

this company is fraud. they sell defective parts and they have false phone number on the website I was calling that number to exchange that part but nobody answer the phone and no reply by email too. why nobody take action on this kind of businesses.

I purchased a Galaxy S4 camera order # [redacted] and have not received it! I received an e-mail stating the following “Hello, Please correct your shipping address because we tried to ship your order out they said incorrect address. Thanks” This email was from [redacted].

I Replied with two separate e-mails; 1st was [redacted] My address is [redacted] the 2nd was [redacted] Can you please call me to verify and other information. My cell is [redacted] At the same time I have made several attempts to call and no answer, I also posted to the (Contact us) on their web site. I also have not received any replies from my e-mails. There was also no contact information in her emails saying my order was undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I want my order delivered and at least a phone call so we know they are a real company.

Review: I purchased an iphone 5 white screen replacement from Wirelessparts Inc. I have purchased before from Wirelessparts inc and have had no issues.

The screen replacement I received was defective, the LCD wasn't working properly. As someone with experience purchasing screen replacements, I understand that this happens from time to time. Most companies will offer a replacement for the defective product, which is what WirelessParts says they would do on their website.

I emailed them immediately after testing the screen (as per their terms) and have not heard anything. I have called numerous times and nobody answers the phones. They must not have a voicemail either, because it rings and rings and rings. I then emailed the company again, explaining that I have tried to get in contact and I still have not heard anything.

I kept in mind their local time, and called during their business hours.Desired Settlement: All I want is the correct working product that I ordered. Their terms state that I need to pay for return shipping, even though it's not my fault, and at this point I am okay with paying that shipping. I just need to get the product I ordered at this point.

Review: I placed an order for IPhone 4s parts and they were defective and used. I did not read anywhere on the site that the products being sold were used. I opened the parts and looked at the middle bezel for the iPhone 4s and it had a screw broken off in the mounting of the volume control. I then started to replace the broken iPhone 4s screen and digitizer with the provided one from then and using a test cable and the iPhone had a 1/4" black bar from top to bottom on the left side. I have emailed them with a photo and have also tried to call but they do not have an option to leave a message. this company has wasted my time and my money!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
