Review: [redacted], the store owner promised to fix my broken phone. Saturday February 1, I went to pick up my phone and he said the phone was ready , I paid and left. Few hours later, he called my mother( my mother drooped off the phone on my behalf because I was at work) demanding I return the phone because he gave me someone else's phone. I went to work immediately after picking up the phone and was unaware he gave me the wrong phone (both phones are identical). [redacted] was harassing my mother the entire day and night demanding I return the phone. My mother explained to [redacted] that once I was aware of having the wrong phone, the phone will definitely be returned back to him. I returned the phone on Sunday evening and [redacted] did not have my phone ready. To date, the phone is still at the shop.Desired Settlement: I am respectfully requesting to investigate the business and for the owner to treat the customers with respect. If the owner is unable to keep promises he needs to let the customers know. Also, [redacted] made a mistake by giving the wrong phone and instead handling the situation in a more respectful manner, he was accusing my mother and myself of taking the phone when in fact he made a mistake. Business owners should not blame customers for their mistakes.

Review: Hello,

I dropped my cell phone Samsung Galaxy S3 to this store so that they can fix the charging port, which they did. B. However, when he returned it to me, we found out that he damage the phone some how that they can't hear me on my phone. He is willing not to charge me for labor but he is trying to charge me for the parts.Desired Settlement: I need him to finish the job and refund me back for the time lost.

Review: I took my daughter's cell phone to have the charging port fixed. Mind you this was the day before Thanksgiving. My mistake was that I didn't check the phone out before I left and I had no idea that the microphone didn't work anymore. I finally took the phone back December 5. He told me that he'd have it fixed in a couple of hours. I live an hour and a half away so I waited. Called him again later that afternoon and asked him to call me for any updates. Never got a phone call so I decided to call him before his business closes at 7 pm. He said he'll have it fixed that weekend. But now it's been 3 weeks now and I will call him and no answer. Please help me out on resolving this.Desired Settlement: To have them contact me once and for all and if they can't fix my daughter's cell phone to admit to their mistake.
