**WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! [redacted] Yes, they are fast and cheaper than the [redacted] Store, but you get what you pay for literallyThese people are scam artistsThey will sell you a cheap knockoff replacement parts that will give you problems later down the roadListen to those who have given them 1-star reviews! I came in here for a screen replacement after dropping my phone and shattering the glassThey offered a $Yelp discount for checking in and was $with taxThe [redacted] Store charges $for a replacementThey had it done in minutes in and outThat is where things started to go wrongImmediately I had noticed the screen was slightly discoloredThe color wasn't as rich and the glass has a blueish tint to itWithin a month, I noticed a white circled burned into the LCD screenWhenever I viewed a white background, I could see that white circleHowever, this was a flaw I could live with since it only shows up on light backgroundsWithin months, I noticed the screen started to flickerThen minutes later pixel horizontal lines appear from the top and the bottom of the screenAt that point I knew something was seriously wrongI went to the store and they told me it's an LCD problem and it is not covered by fake warranty since they only replaced the glassThey wanted an additional $dollars to fix itPretty sure something went wrong when they went to replace it and now I am dealing with their messPlease avoid at all costsPlay the extra money and get it done right at the [redacted] StoreYou will save yourself from all the potential troubles in the future

They keep my lap top over a month without notifying me of any resultsEach time I would bring it back It would have the same issues I took my laptop to get repairOnce at home it had the same issue, for the second time I took it and they lasted two weeks without repairing itOnce I got for the second time it still had the same issue I asked for a refund because my laptop is very helpful and school was startingThey asked me if they can take a look at it for the third time I agreed they took another two weeks until I decided to call them by that time they tried to fool my by saying that they had worked on itWhen I opened it up I saw the same issue after a month the laptop still had the issuesNot to mention the front desk personnel felt like raising his voice at me because I was asking questions

iRepair/Wireless Solutions is located in the rotunda of *** ***Very near the APPLE storeI visited the APPLE store for an iPhonebattery replacementI had to wait to make an appointment with a sales personI was told it would be four weeks before the battery replacement could be completedI then walked out into the store gallery and found signs advertising phone repairI spoke to the attendant working in the kioskHe told me to leave my iPhone and return in half an hourHe would install a new batteryI returned and there was a different attendant in the kiosk The battery had been replaced according to himI had to pay cash for the transactionStory was that the sales computer was not working, The owner of the repair shop is a homeless man and prefers cash transactionsI paid $cashI tested the phoneIt was functioning properlyThe attendant told me to let the phone use all of the power, which was at the 60% level and then restart the phone to use th

On Thursday April 7th, 2016, I brought my son's iPod Touch to the business in question to get the screen replaced/fixedI returned on Wednesday April 13th, to speak with the manager, *** ***He said that he could not replace it under the current warrantyI told him that the cover cracked when we pressed the home button, which also came loose after being at the business in question

Review: I purchased, from Wireless On Columbus, a Samsung brand Flip Cover (part # EF-CN900BBESTA) for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The store charged me $79.99 + $7.10 tax, total $87.09. The manufacturer, Samsung, shows a list price of $59.99. I assumed the higher price was an error and requested a refund for the difference.The clerk refused. He said that the price was set by the owner, who was entitled to his profit, regardless of any pricing by the manufacturer. He was unwilling to discuss the issue further.This store's policy is completely unreasonable.Desired Settlement: The manufacturer, Samsung, lists this item (last year's model, btw) at $59.99. Amazon lists the same item at $38.43 with free delivery. I do not expect any retail merchant to match the deeply discounted Amazon price, however.A fair resolution would be to refund the difference between the MSRP of %59.99 (+ tax) and the exorbitant overcharge of $79.99 (+ tax).

We understand the customer's concern regarding the price she saw on the manufacturer's website. Even though we are a retail store and do not work on the same profit margins as big manufacturer's and retailers we will still honor the price match.

The vendor emailed me and offered me a refund of the disputed amount. I am very satisfied.
