Dear Revdex.com, Thank you very much for reaching us out to resolve this issueWe Are located at this location for more than years now and we take care of our customers very seriously Customer came to the store with a boost mobile phone that was not functioning well and we offered her a upgrade being a boost mobile customerBoost mobile phone Kyocera Hydro ICON MRP $was offered to her with upgrade discount of $and we swap the handset and made it sure everything is working fine and she leftNext day she came and it was Saturday July ***Even though it was holiday we opened the store for couple of hours to help customersOn this day we had new Sales associate and she tried to help her and asked her for troubleshooting the phone but customer simply did not agree to itwe need to check phones before we take it to look whats problem on it so that we can request full refund from boostSales Associate advised customer to come and see in weekdays or next day for the refund and meet the managerWe never saw her again for refund or troubleshooting of phonewe will give her full refund if she comes to store with phone and original packaging and original invoicethank you

Dear Sir, This is in response to a case ID *** filed by one of our customerI am sorry for delay to send this response because of some emergency and had to be away from my office As I spoke to you about this caseIT was on *** of July and our store was partially opened by a new trainee sales associateCustomer came to store and she requested customer to come following day for Refund since she was not fully aware about returning and refunding boost mobile phones since it it CDMA devices. (Customer is a boost mobile customer and she came to store for paying her bill and while paying her bill she told me she has some issues on her previous phoneat this time boost mobile was offering handset upgrade to existing customer at discounted price so we offered her Kyocera Hydro ICON original price $for Only and she accepted it after that she came back on *** of july.) we would love to take care of problem if she comes back to store and refund her money. thank you very much

I will go into the store to accept a full refund, but when previously at the store location, I was told that I couldn't get a refund and that I couldn't be helped at that location.I am not going back and forth for nothing? I need to know when to come in to the store for business deal to be completely sealed off....

Review: I was in the store on 7/*/2015, to pay my bill,the manager told me that I qualified for an upgrade on a boost mobile phone, although its prepaid? At which point in time the manager told me it would be 49.99 with tax 54.43, I asked him if the phone doesnt work can I return it for refund? I was told yes. The phone doesnt work and I would like my money back.The manager refuses to refund my money and is not in the store.I just want my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. 54.43 and 10.00 for the case.
