Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is lieI never was told that l could not used the phone outside of the countryIf that was truly the case, then l would not be complaining about not being able to use the phoneI also mentioned that my trip was not until February 10, So l had no way of knowing if the phone was not going to workHowever l also have my receipts as wellAlthough Metropcs does not put customers under a contract, advertising and misrespectation is stealingHowever l could have used another carrier such as Sprint or T-Mobile if MetroPCS had truly been honest with me in the beginningIn addition if the phone is supposed to work outside of the country it should not matter if l wait years to take my trip out of the countryI demand a full refund immediately.It is my hope that this can be resolved through this forum if not l will file in small claims court.I would like my money back and you can have your phoneIt is my hope that Metropcs will do the right thingIf not, l will take matters legally l will not be stolen fromThank you,Thank [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing in response to ID#: [redacted] . The customer came in to our store to get her “charging port” fixed on her Samsung Galaxy S5 because it was broken and not charging. We advised the customer since the screen has to be removed to fix her port;there is a chance that the... screen may crack. We successfully installed her charge port without cracking the screen. Before paying and taking her phone, we showed Mrs. [redacted] that her phone was now able to charge. We only fixed the issue the customer was paying for. Her phone was given to us “OFF” since the battery was unable to be charged due to the damaged charging port. This is why we make them sign a waiver from holding us responsible for any repair when a phone is given to us “untested.” Since her phone was “untested” due to it not being able to charge a “Repair Waiver” is needed. I have included a copy of the repair form.As to her allegations of the phone “possible being replaced with another” that is completely false and insulting. When we gave her the phone back she would have noticed all her info missing from the phone. BBB can call her “Service Provider” and verify the serial number (IMEI) being the same between the dates listed by the customer. They will confirm with us that this is the same phone given to us and fixed by us, never exchanged or switched as the customer stated. We are a reputable business and have been in existence since 2006. We are a leader in the wireless industry offering multiply cellular services & repairs. This is regarding Ms [redacted] complaint submitted to you on 02/23/the ID assigned is [redacted] .We thoroughly investigated the transaction and this is our findingThe customer had purchased the Metropcs Galaxy ONphone on 09/24/for $after the metropcs promotional discountShe also got monthly service and paid $Please note that Metropcs does not have any contract so the customer is free to cancel anytime if they are not satisfied.Also they get a complete refund if its less than days or minutes of talk time whichever comes firstThe receipt that was given to the customer states that at the bottomPlease see attached receipt.When customer first activated with MetroPCSThe customer was explained she will not be able to use the phone out of country, she was also explained if she added $for world calling she would be able to make international calls while she is in the United StatesPlease see attached MetroPcs brochure for World Calling.The customer could have cancelled service without any fine or penalty for a complete refund in the first daysShe did not have to continue service for almost months if she was not satisfied with the service.We pride ourselves in good customer serviceWe apologize if she had a bad experience here and if she brings the phone to the the store we can try and unlock that phone so she can use it with any providerRegards, [redacted] MetroPCS,

This business is not being honest about the serviceMy phone was still ON when I went into the store to get the charger port repairedI was only informed about the possibility of the screen getting crackedIt was a newer phone that was purchased and worked perfectly fineNow, the phone consistently keeps getting HOT and freezes which makes it unusableThe charger port is still not repaired correctly eitherI've had nothing but problems since I received the phone backI have numerous witnesses that can verify everything I've said in my complaint as well as the condition of my phone before and after Wireless Toyz performed repairs on itEven though I wasted $on this repair, it still does not cover the internal damages this company did in the process to my phoneThis company is not being professional nor are they even trying to make this right with meHe strictly dialed his own phone with my phone and when it rang he then told me it was fine and there was nothing he could do for meI do not believe any company/business should act in this manner without making an effort to correct the issueGilbert is basically accusing me of lying about my phones condition which is an insult to myself and everyone that is aware of this issueWe are all appalled by his actions and will not recommend his services to anyone in the futureI will pursue this with the Attorney General and whoever else in order to get treated fairly and have this service performed correctlyMy phone needs to be taken apart and fixed correctly because Gilbert apparently has done something wrong internallyI'm not qualified to do it myself and he is the only one that has every touched it

Hello my name is *** ***I work with Wireless Toyzand have
been an assistant manager since April of did help the customer *** *** back in July of in getting a new Galaxy Sfor Boost Mobile services
We first want to respond to the customer's complaint that the phone that was sold, was out of warrantyThe phone was brand new and will come with a years manufactures warranty, however from what we can recall of the situation, and the issues the customer explains in her complain about the phone leads us to believe that the charge port on the phone has an issue, which is not covered by any warranty except for insurance if the customer elected for the insurance coverage when they activatedWe did not activate the phone for the customer we simply sold the phone to her
We also would like to address the situation that occurred while our technician was on vacationFm sure we did speak with her about coming in to get the phone fixed however we do apologize that our technician was on vacation, and that she drove so far just to hear that he was on vacationI know she did mention she called the day before to make sure we were open, but we don't always assume that whomever is calling is needing a specific service so if someone calls just for our store hours we will just give them that general response
Now as a resolution we would like to offer the customer to come in and have our technician diagnosis the phone at no cost to the customer and will offer 50% labor discount on the repairlithe issue is the charge port that is a very common repair that will run just $and with the discount just $We have one of the very best skilled technician in the industry, so her phone will be in great hands,
We hope that die customer will be happy with our responseand look forward to seeing her in the futureWe at Wireless Toyz have always taken customer service as a top priority, and will continue to do so

the Motorhome was checked and everything was in working order I spend two hours turning things on and show him everything ,the only thing wasn't working the gas valve switch ,I told him he has to wait a little that my tech will take care of it but he said no worry I have to leave ,as far as the Air...

conditions , it was about 90 degree outside which make inside Motorhome 10 to 15 degree more and I turned on all the A/C in the dash and the roof it was on till he asked me to turn them off, I even explain how the roof A/C works because they control with remote, we toke the Motorhome for a test drive and he was very happy with the Motorhome in fact he made a comment as this is the way you give service to customers ,yes we do check our Motorhome to make sure everything is in working order because they are sold as is we want to make sure we check everything with customer at the time of delivery,as far as his Motorhome that I toke it as trade he bought it from me three years ago and we had phone conversation about his Motorhome and he told me everything is working and I kept it as clean,I toke his word for it and did not have a chance checking everything on his Motorhome which I had a chance to look over and go over things with his Motorhome I noticed he had changed the refrigerator on his and put a home fridge in in it which only work with shore power and the leveling jack was not working and leak on heater core ,I called him three days after to tell him I trusted what he said about his Motorhome but I did not expected him do anything about it because I did not do my inpection on his Motorhome at the same time and that was my fault   then three days after that he called me saying the TV is not working and few days latter called me to tell me the A/C are not working and lash at me with bad word ,this RV is way different from his maybe he need to learn how to use it.

Please note that Metropcs does not have any contract so the customer is free to cancel anytime if they are not satisfied.Also they get a complete refund if its less than 7 days or 60 minutes of talk time whichever comes first. The receipt that was given to the customer states that at the bottom. Please see attached receipt.When customer first activated with MetroPCS. The customer was explained she will not be able to use the phone out of country, she was also explained if she added $10 for world calling she would be able to make international calls while she is in the United States. Please see attached MetroPcs brochure for World Calling.The customer could have cancelled service without any fine or penalty for a complete refund in the first 7 days. She did not have to continue service for almost 5 months if she was not satisfied with the service.We pride ourselves in good customer service.
