I am rejecting this response because: the business has not sent us an invoice for the work performed.  As stated in the original complaint, we need an invoice that is detailed enough...

that it can be submitted to our insurance company to close the open claim.  I attempted to contact the business by text and email since seeing their response but have not heard back from them.  The business did replace the incorrect shingles on the shop roof, pay for the building permit and pass the inspection.
