HORRIBLE customer care and service Picked up & paid for repairs for phone that was not repaired as they stated it was Took it back in to store within mins after realizing it still had the same problem They kept to have their repairman look at again Went back next day to pick up and told mother board was fried They told us they would refund our money for repairs & accessories purchased so we were going to purchase a replacement phone from them They handed me return receipt which showed they had kept [redacted] for labor for looking at the phone again....which they had not tested to verify it was fixed in the first placeAfter going through people, they finally got the owner?? involved, who I let know what had transpired When I let him know that we were getting ready to purchase another phone from them, and that it was ridiculous for them to charge us an additional labor charge on a phone that they did not fix in the first place, he became angry, returned our [redacted] and asked us to leave, which by that point we had decided not to purchase anything from them anyhow My guess is he doesn't usually have someone stand up for themselves, and it made him very angry! Good luck if you do business there

DO NOT DEAL THESE POPLEThey give conflicting information, lie, do not follow through on what they offer, are disrespectful and rude to the customers and humiliating Totally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or regard for basic decency from one human being to another The owner *** has NO place in retail or any customer service businessBased on our experience in the last two days and previous experiences with them in efforts to resolve phone technology issues , *** displayed total disregard to basic rules of being polite, courteousness, sensitivity, professionalism or anything other than bully tacticsI've never been treated with such disrespect and don't want anyone else to have to deal with an old bully that apparently never outgrew that period of his life
