I will never conduct any business with this company again, and I will strongly recommend others avoid this business as well Not only did Wireless Warehouse provide me with highly inadequate and disappointing customer service, this business was also unable to carry out the service work they agreed to complete I requested Wireless Warehouse to complete a simple and straightforward cell phone unlock But, after days of waiting for the phone to be unlocked, I had no choice but to demand my phone be returned to me as it had become undeniable that I could continue waiting indefinitely for the service to be completed (or not completed for that matter) Moreover, it was not only that the staff fail to complete the service within any reasonable amount of time, but the customer service provided to me was highly unsatisfactory and deeply frustrating Wireless Warehouse staff at first point of contact offered to provide a cell phone unlock service with a completion time of hours After more than the agreed upon time had passed, I requested confirmation that service was completed via telephone The customer service staff who responded to the call reported that the previously agreed upon completion time could not be accommodated, and that it would require between and hours to complete the cell phone unlock service The staff member then requested and was provided an alternate phone number to reach me at in order to confirm the service was complete Again, after more than the agreed upon time had passed, I requested confirmation that service was completed via telephone The customer service staff who responded to the call complained to me that I was told that they would call me to confirm when the service was completed (implying in other words, that it was wrong for me to place an inquiry call to determine whether or not the service had been completed despite the fact that I had been left waiting for confirmation beyond the agreed upon time frame) At this time the staff confirmed that the service was still not completed I was offered the option to keep waiting while they tried to finish the unlock or to take back the phone The staff explained the delay was not due their fault but was due to an issue with the cellular service provider I figured that it would be foolish to give up and start the unlock process all over again, and that it was very likely that the matter would be resolved soon, so I decided to continue to wait After days (hours) from time of drop off, I still had not received any further update for Wireless Warehouse, and so I decided to speak directly with a representative in the storeThe store representative repeated that the delay was due to an issue with the cellular service provider Again I was offered the option to keep waiting while they tried to finish the unlock or to take back the phone, and I decided to continue to wait hoping optimistically that the issue would resolve quickly After days from time of drop off, I still had no further update from the business At this point, I finally accepted the now forced conclusion that this business was incapable of completing this service, and so I demanded my phone be returned to me At this point, a sincere apology for the frustrating experience and considerable inconvenience would have been greatly appreciated; however, the representative demonstrated very little appreciation for such basic customer service etiquette, and I therefore left with the impression that the Wireless Warehouse has little to no concern for the service they provide customers Based on my own dealings with Wireless Warehouse, it is now my opinion that this business offers its customers nothing more than an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will certainly not be returning with any personal business and I would advise others to take their business elsewhere

My Ford 7.3L failed to start, and after checking everything that I knew to check had it towed to Honest-Auto CareAlthough being very busy, they managed to troubleshoot the issue within a reasonable amount of time, and arrive at a starting point for the repairsThe manager has a 7.3L diesel and was able to ascertain the problemsAfter replacing a couple of wiring harnesses, a fuel injector, balancing the firing, changing filters/fluids, the truck is running better than it has for years! I highly recommend this business for all of your automotive repair needs!

I am rejecting this response because:I called more than once to discuss the problem, was told each time that they would "look into it" and call me back. I never received a response or a returned phone call, so in refuting the response, the employees did not work closely to resolve the issue. I was put off multiple times until I was forced to pay with added late fees in order to keep it from going to collections. I was given the run around multiple times and still have. It gotten a call back or response from any of the times I have called.

I requested Wireless Warehouse to complete a simple and straightforward cell phone unlock. But, after 10 days of waiting for the phone to be unlocked, I had no choice but to demand my phone be returned to me as it had become undeniable that I could continue waiting indefinitely for the service to be completed (or not completed for that matter). Moreover, it was not only that the staff fail to complete the service within any reasonable amount of time, but the customer service provided to me was highly unsatisfactory and deeply frustrating.

Wireless Warehouse staff at first point of contact offered to provide a cell phone unlock service with a completion time of 12 hours. After more than the agreed upon time had passed, I requested confirmation that service was completed via telephone. The customer service staff who responded to the call reported that the previously agreed upon completion time could not be accommodated, and that it would require between 24 and 48 hours to complete the cell phone unlock service. The staff member then requested and was provided an alternate phone number to reach me at in order to confirm the service was complete.

Again, after more than the agreed upon time had passed, I requested confirmation that service was completed via telephone.
